We share your information only when it's necessary to complete the service you asked for:

• Insurance carriers and the Health Insurance Marketplace - as needed to obtain quotes, verify eligibility, and process your enrollment.
• Enrollment platforms - such as HealthSherpa (see below), when you choose to get a quote or enroll through them.

We never sell your personal information. Not to lead brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone.

Third-party services: HealthSherpa

Quoting and eligibility checks on this site are handled through HealthSherpa, an enhanced direct enrollment platform. When you click "Check My Eligibility" or a similar link, you leave our website, and any information you enter is collected by HealthSherpa under its own privacy practices. You can review the HealthSherpa privacy policy before entering your details.

Health information

As a licensed insurance brokerage, we handle any health-related information you share with HIPAA-conscious care: we collect only what's needed to help you enroll, we limit access to that information, and we do not disclose it except as required to complete your enrollment or as required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This website currently uses minimal to no cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy.

Your choices: access and deletion

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email victor@affordableaccesshealth.com with your request and we'll respond promptly. Note that information already submitted to a carrier or the marketplace as part of an enrollment is governed by their retention rules.
